21世纪以来，随着新疆城镇化进程的加快，新疆城镇建设用地规模呈现出逐年增长趋势，考虑到新疆生态环境的脆弱性以及建设用地与农业用地、生态用地之间矛盾，我们对新疆城镇建设用地规模进行了预测分析并进行适度评价，研究发现：在2011—2015年间新疆城镇建设用地规模仍呈逐年增长趋势，但总体而言，新疆建设用地增速处于合理的适度范围之内。
21世紀以來，隨著新疆城鎮化進程的加快，新疆城鎮建設用地規模呈現齣逐年增長趨勢，攷慮到新疆生態環境的脆弱性以及建設用地與農業用地、生態用地之間矛盾，我們對新疆城鎮建設用地規模進行瞭預測分析併進行適度評價，研究髮現：在2011—2015年間新疆城鎮建設用地規模仍呈逐年增長趨勢，但總體而言，新疆建設用地增速處于閤理的適度範圍之內。

since 21st, with the speed up of urbanization, Xinjiangs urban construction land scale has appeared yearly increased, considering the frailty of xinjiangs ecological environment and the contradiction between construction land and agriculture land, ecology land, we carry out the esti- mation and evaluation of Xinjiang＇s Urban construction land scale, and the results indicate that the urban construction land scale in Xinjiang has yearly upward trends during the period of 2011--2015, moreover, the growth of Xinjiangs Urban construction land scale is with moderate level.
