中国共产党执政声誉是社会公众由理性认知和情感反应所构成的有关执政活动的政治态度。作为一种重要的无形资产，良好的声誉有利于提高执政的合法性和有效性。中国共产党执政声誉由若干理性认知指标和情感反应指标所构成，并且受到执政理念、执政作风、执政形象、执政能力、执政绩效等因素的影响。当前针对损害中国共产党执政声誉的新情况和新问题，执政党要采取如下对策：贯彻落实执政为民的理念；规范执政行为；提高逆境中的执政能力和执政绩效；惩治腐败与争先创优并举；巩固与人民群众的血肉联系。

The reputation of CPC as the party in power refers to the public＇ s political attitude towards CPC, which is com- posed of their rational cognitive and emotional reactions. As a sort of important intangible assets, a good reputation will help im- prove the legitimacy and effectiveness of governance. The reputation of CPC as the governing party is constituted by a number of rational cognition indicators and emotional response indexes, and it is influenced by the notion, the style, the image, the capabil- ity, and the performance of CPC as the governing party. To counter the new circumstances and new problems which damage its reputation, the CPC as the governing party must take the following countermeasures ： it must implement the idea of governing the state for the people, standardize its governing behavior, improve its capacity and performance in adverse circumstances, lay equal stress on punishing corruption and striving for excellence, and consolidate its close ties with the masses of the people.
