随着回迁进城务工农民子女数量的增加,回迁进城务工农民子女教育成为重要而紧迫的教育乃至社会问题。环境转换给回迁儿童带来的学习质量下降、心理冲突严重等学习适应问题成为影响回迁儿童学习和生活的关键,造成的原因是:不良情绪诱发学习困难,环境变迁引发学习适应性差,教学的差异性制约回迁儿童的学习。生命关怀是回迁儿童心理教育的新基点,故应构建政府、学校和家庭三位一体的教育模式,政府要完善教育配置及投入,关注回迁儿童的学习;学校要加强教育引导,关爱回迁儿童心理适应:家庭要加强与孩子沟通,认真履行监护职责。

With the increase of the number of moving-back migrant rural workers" children, the education of the children has become an important and urgent educational and even social problem. Due to the change of the environment, the study quality of the moving-back children has dropped off and the children have suffered from serious psychological conflict. Therefore, the problems of study adaptation have become the key issues that affect the learning and living condition of moving-back children. The reasons are mainly as follows : the bad emotion has evoked learning disabilities, the environmental change has caused poor study adaptability, the teaching difference has restricted moving-back children's learning. Life concern is a new starting point of moving-back children's psychological education. So we should construct a trinity education model of government, schools and families. The government should improve the education allocation and investment, and pay close attention to moving-back children's learning. The schools should strengthen education and guidance, and care about the moving-back children's psychological adaptation problem. The families should strengthen communication with children, and fulfill the duty of guardianship in earnest.
