During the global wave of educational reform in pursuing high quality, one of the most important trends in teacher education reform is to develop teachers' professional competence in practice. Competence is dynamic and multiple. Professional competence in practice is based On knowledge and that has become the basis of effective performance and action. Teachers' professional practice is reflective in nature, which makes teachers' professional competence in practice is characterized by being experiential, situational, evolutional and valuable. Professional competence in practice is of great significance as follows: teacher education should consider the effective integration of experience with theory, the important function of situation in the cultivation of teacher professional competence in practice should be paid attention to, the significance of reflection in the promotion of teachers' professional competence in practice should be manifested, teachers' professional competence in practice should be developed according to the different stages of teachers' vocational career.
