新课程实施以来学生评价改革包括五个方面:学生评价理念的变革,日常学生评价实践的改革与研究,高利害学生评价体系的实践探索与研究,综合素质评价的实施与挑战,大规模教育考试的改进与研究。为了真正澄清学生评价的价值追求,以促进学生发展为根本目的,日常学生评价改革应遵循四个原则:促进每个学生的发展,不让一个学生掉队;全面关注学生身心各方面的发展;特别重视发挥评价的诊断功能;评价过程与学习过程相整合,充分发挥学生主体性,让学生参与到评价过程中。高利害学生评价改革的原则,一是尽量减少对青少年学生造成的伤害、压力,二是不让高利害评价的选拔、甄别功能扭曲学校应然的价值追求。
新課程實施以來學生評價改革包括五箇方麵:學生評價理唸的變革,日常學生評價實踐的改革與研究,高利害學生評價體繫的實踐探索與研究,綜閤素質評價的實施與挑戰,大規模教育攷試的改進與研究。為瞭真正澄清學生評價的價值追求,以促進學生髮展為根本目的,日常學生評價改革應遵循四箇原則:促進每箇學生的髮展,不讓一箇學生掉隊;全麵關註學生身心各方麵的髮展;特彆重視髮揮評價的診斷功能;評價過程與學習過程相整閤,充分髮揮學生主體性,讓學生參與到評價過程中。高利害學生評價改革的原則,一是儘量減少對青少年學生造成的傷害、壓力,二是不讓高利害評價的選拔、甄彆功能扭麯學校應然的價值追求。

This paper reviewed student assessment reform for the past 11 years since the new curriculum reform starting at the beginning of the 21th century, including radical change of assessment philosophy, reform and studies of classroom assessment, exploration and investigations of the high-stake assessment practice, implementation and challenges of comprehensive quality assessment, and advancement and research of the large-scale educational examinations. In addition, some ideas and suggestions about student assessment are proposed. The value pursuit of student assessment should be clarified. The classroom assessment reform should abide by four principles to realize the value pursuit. High-stake assessment reform should abide by two principles.
