本文在考虑能源与排放因素的基础上,测算并分解中国36个工业行业基于绿色增长的技术进步,分析了工业节能减排的转型特征。以此为基础,采用面板技术实证分析技术进步对节能减排的非对称影响。结果显示,工业能耗与排放具有明显的行业异质性,高能耗与高排放强度行业节能减排潜力巨大;技术进步对节能减排具有显著正向影响,其中科技进步的贡献最大,纯技术效率、规模效率次之;能源消费结构对减排具有重要影响,在减排政策中应重点关注。
本文在攷慮能源與排放因素的基礎上,測算併分解中國36箇工業行業基于綠色增長的技術進步,分析瞭工業節能減排的轉型特徵。以此為基礎,採用麵闆技術實證分析技術進步對節能減排的非對稱影響。結果顯示,工業能耗與排放具有明顯的行業異質性,高能耗與高排放彊度行業節能減排潛力巨大;技術進步對節能減排具有顯著正嚮影響,其中科技進步的貢獻最大,純技術效率、規模效率次之;能源消費結構對減排具有重要影響,在減排政策中應重點關註。

Concerning energy and emission, this paper estimates and decomposes technology progress based on green growth of China's 36 industries. We analyze dynamic character of industries' energy save and emission reduce. Then we analyze how technology progress influence the industries' energy save and emission reduce. The conclusion reveals that, energy consume and emission of industries behaves heterogeneity, industries of high energy consume intensity and high emission intensity have great potentialities of saving energy and reducing emission. The technology progress has a positive influence on energy saving and emission reducing, the contribution of technology efficiency is bigger than pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency. Energy consume structure have important effect on emission reduce, the policy should pay close attention to it.
