国际金融危机以后,各国都将经济增长的关注点转向新兴产业,并给予强有力的支持,旨在新一轮的发展中抢占经济制高点。我国也积极地把发展战略性新兴产业作为经济增长的动力,但融资难是制约其发展的最大瓶颈。因此,必须充分了解战略性新兴产业的特殊融资需求和现行金融体系的缺陷,创新商业银行信贷业务模式,成立科技银行,进一步完善资本市场,发展战略性新兴产业债券市场;开发保险新品种,建立战略性新兴产业的保险机制。

After the international financial crisis,all the countries switch focus of economic growth to the strategic emerging industry,and give powerful support in order to size economic commanding heights.Our country also actively regards the development of strategic emerging industries as the power of economic growth,but financing difficulty is the biggest bottleneck restricting the development of strategic emerging industries.Therefore,we must fully understand the special financing needs of the emerging industry,and present financial system defects,and innovate business model of commercial bank credit business,and set up technological banks;further perfect the capital market,and develop the bond markets of strategic emerging industries;develop new varieties of the insurances,and establish insurance mechanism of strategic emerging industries.
