高职院校培养的高技能人才在企业生产过程中发挥着重要的作用．而基于团队胜任力探索其培养方案具有理论和实践双重意义。运用团队胜任力理论分析了高技能人才团队胜任力的内涵及构成要素；归纳了目前高职院校人才培养中存在的主要问题；并从团队胜任力出发，提出了高职院校人才培养方案改革策略。
高職院校培養的高技能人纔在企業生產過程中髮揮著重要的作用．而基于糰隊勝任力探索其培養方案具有理論和實踐雙重意義。運用糰隊勝任力理論分析瞭高技能人纔糰隊勝任力的內涵及構成要素；歸納瞭目前高職院校人纔培養中存在的主要問題；併從糰隊勝任力齣髮，提齣瞭高職院校人纔培養方案改革策略。

Highly skilled talent plays an important role in the production process. Exploring training program based on team competency is of important theoretical and practical significance. First of all, this paper analyzed dimensions of team competency of highly skilled talent. Secondly, it summarized the current higher vocational education training problems. Finally, it proposed reform program strategy of higher vocational school training.
