This paper introduced the establishment and development process of the E-journal navigation of the library of Renmin University of China from self-building navigation platform to purchasing 360 Core of Serials Solutions as the navigation platform.The paper elaborated the problems that occurred during the localization practice of 360-Core-based e-journal navigation and conducted analysis on the problems.
