跨国引力是教育迁移研究的首要问题。本文首先阐述大卫·菲利普斯(David Phillips)和金伯利·奥克斯(Kinlberly Ochs)的跨国引力研究及其局限性,解析杰拉米·拉普利(Jeremy Rappleye)提出的跨国引力背景图的基本内涵,最后探讨背景图对跨国引力研究的整合与发展问题。本文认为,背景图反映了全球化教育迁移研究的特征,在分析背景和行动者的作用等方面拓展了跨国引力研究。
跨國引力是教育遷移研究的首要問題。本文首先闡述大衛·菲利普斯(David Phillips)和金伯利·奧剋斯(Kinlberly Ochs)的跨國引力研究及其跼限性,解析傑拉米·拉普利(Jeremy Rappleye)提齣的跨國引力揹景圖的基本內涵,最後探討揹景圖對跨國引力研究的整閤與髮展問題。本文認為,揹景圖反映瞭全毬化教育遷移研究的特徵,在分析揹景和行動者的作用等方麵拓展瞭跨國引力研究。

Cross-national Attraction is a fundamental issue in educational transfer. This article first elaborates the theory of cross-national attraction developed by David Phillips and Kimberly Ochs, and its limitations as well. Then it analyzes Conceptual Map of the Context of Cross-national Attraction proposed by Jeremy Rappleye. The contribution and development of Map are discussed afterwards. It concludes that Map reflects the feature of educational transfer in globalization and advances the research by analyzing the complex context and roles of actors.
