近些年，有关中国社会史研究“碎片化”倾向的批评越来越多。许多学者认为，社会史研究的对象和选题过于琐碎，好像什么都可以纳入社会史学科的研究范围，从而导致中国社会史研究呈现“碎片化”现象。这种批评指出了中国社会史研究的某些不合理现象，虽有偏颇之处，但的确应谨慎对待。
近些年，有關中國社會史研究“碎片化”傾嚮的批評越來越多。許多學者認為，社會史研究的對象和選題過于瑣碎，好像什麽都可以納入社會史學科的研究範圍，從而導緻中國社會史研究呈現“碎片化”現象。這種批評指齣瞭中國社會史研究的某些不閤理現象，雖有偏頗之處，但的確應謹慎對待。
근사년，유관중국사회사연구“쇄편화”경향적비평월래월다。허다학자인위，사회사연구적대상화선제과우쇄쇄，호상십요도가이납입사회사학과적연구범위，종이도치중국사회사연구정현“쇄편화”현상。저충비평지출료중국사회사연구적모사불합리현상，수유편파지처，단적학응근신대대。
Since its revival in the mid 1980~, the study of social history of contemporary China, with a series of important works published, has made significant improvement. However, the study is still insuttlcient, compared to those of ancient and modem history. Consequently, we and Hebei Academic Journal coorganized this specialized topic so as to carry some academic implications for scholars in this area. We are looking forward to more discussions on this topic.
