在问卷和访谈的基础上,对广西的大学英语教师行动研究现状进行了分析。认为行动研究在广西的大学英语教师的教学中没有得到足够重视,多数教师对行动研究不理解或实践力较差。基于此,应创造一个良好的激励机制和学术平台,逐步培育教师们行动研究的主动性和能力。
在問捲和訪談的基礎上,對廣西的大學英語教師行動研究現狀進行瞭分析。認為行動研究在廣西的大學英語教師的教學中沒有得到足夠重視,多數教師對行動研究不理解或實踐力較差。基于此,應創造一箇良好的激勵機製和學術平檯,逐步培育教師們行動研究的主動性和能力。

Based on questionnaires and interviews, this paper makes an a- nalysis of the status quo of action research conducted by teachers of college Eng- lish in Guangxi. It's argued that action research has not gained enough attention from the teachers in Guangxi and most of them do not have a clear understanding of action research or cannot put it into practice. In view of this. an incentive mechanism and academic platform should be established to foster the teachers' enthusiasm and ability to do action research.
