Takeing the Shanxi Province as the example, this paper using the method oi correlation analysis and Cluster analysis to empirical analysis Shanxi＇ s 11 districts of rural residents＇ per capita consumption expenditure in different areas, through using the data of its per person expense constitutes 8 variable concrete data in 2009. And it proposes the ways to promote the suggest of adjusting the consumption structure of rural residents and promoting consumption balance.
