Applied peopleoriented concept of knowledge management to the collaborative virtual reference service, and based on the thought of knowledge system engineering, this paper constructs a knowledge management system of collaborative virtual reference service according to the process of knowledge, aiming at setting up a platform of cooperative among the libraries, as well as realizing the sharing of resources, expertise, and services.
