采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、应付方式问卷对广州医学院345名女研究生进行调查分析,以探讨医学女研究生心理健康状况与应付方式特征及其相关性.统计数据表明:医学女研究生的躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、敌对、偏执与国内常模间差别均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).SCL-90中任意一项因子分≥2的有91人,占总人数的26.38%,SCL-90各因子≥2分依次为强迫17.68%、抑郁14.78%、人际敏感13.04%等.医学女研究生在解决问题和求助上得分较高,在自责、退避和合理化上得分较低.调查结果显示:医学女研究生心理健康水平比国内普通人群高;医学女研究生存在不同的心理问题,其心理健康与应付方式存在密切的关系.

Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) and Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) were applied to a total ot 345 female postgraduate students majoring in medicine in Guangzhou Medical University to investigate the charac-teristics of their mental health conditions and coping styles and the correlation between them. Statistical data show that compared with the domestic standard model of China, there were significant differences in somatization, obsession, interpersonal sensitiveness, hostility and paranoia among the postgraduates (P〈0.05). According to the results from SCL-90, 91 subjects had a single factor score higher than 2, accounting for 26.38% of the total. Factors having a higher score than 2, according to the SCL-90 results, were obsession, (17.68%), depression (14.78%), interpersonal sensitiveness (13.04%) respectively. The results show that the female medical postgraduates scored high in problem-solving and help-seeking, but made lower scores in self-blame, withdrawal and rationalization, that the general mental health level of the female postgraduates of medicine was higher than that of the average people in China and that there were a variety of mental problems among the female medical students with a significant correlation found between their mental health and their coping styles as well.
