我国农民工形成和发展可划分成职业城市化、地域城市化、身份城市化和人的城市化四个历史阶段，而人的城市化即城市社会融入问题是最终需要解决的问题。通过从国内和国外两个理论层面，对社会融入以及我国农民工群体的城市社会融入问题研究背景、理论命题以及研究趋势进行梳理，发现不同理论视角研究的优势和存在的问题，以及在研究对象、方法上在该领域研究发展的趋势。
我國農民工形成和髮展可劃分成職業城市化、地域城市化、身份城市化和人的城市化四箇歷史階段，而人的城市化即城市社會融入問題是最終需要解決的問題。通過從國內和國外兩箇理論層麵，對社會融入以及我國農民工群體的城市社會融入問題研究揹景、理論命題以及研究趨勢進行梳理，髮現不同理論視角研究的優勢和存在的問題，以及在研究對象、方法上在該領域研究髮展的趨勢。

The formation and development of migrant workers can be divided into tour historical periods, namely, professional urbanization, regional urbanization, identity urbanization and human urbanization, while human urbanization is the issue need to be resolved in the end. Through the theory home and abroad, this article reviewed the research background, theoretical propositions and research trends of social integration and social integration of migrant workers, and analyzed the advantages and problems of different theoretical perspectives. Finally, this paper forecast the trends in study on the subject and methodology in this field.
