高等教育质量是当前高等教育领域的核心问题。高校教师作为高等教育实施的主体,其对高等教育质量的看法及评价,对于高等教育改革具有极为重要的作用。运用问卷调查,用分层随机抽样调查了全国104所高校2 655名教师对我国高等教育质量的评价。结果表明:高校教师对高等教育质量的总体评价一般,不同类型院校教师的评价存在显著差异;教师认为影响教学质量最关键的因素是教学方法、教学内容、教学组织形式、实践环节;不同类型的院校制约教学改革的因素存在差异,将近一半的教师偶尔参与教学研究活动,只有不到1/3的教师能够很好地兼顾教学与科研。

Quality of higher education is the core of the current field of higher education.Teachers are the main body of higher education,and their views and assessment of quality of higher education are extremely important to higher education reform.With the questionnaire and the stratified random sampling,the present study investigated the teachers' assessment of quality of higher education.Samples were 2655 teachers in 104 universities from all over the country.According to the findings,teachers' overall assessment of quality of higher education was general,and there were significant differences between different types of institutions;the key factors that influenced quality of teaching most were teaching method,teaching contents and teaching organization,and there were differences between different types of institutions in factors that restricted teaching reform;what's more,nearly half of the teachers participated only occasionally in teaching and research activities,and only less than 1/3 of the teachers could take into account both teaching and research well.
