我国大陆是台湾地区重要的农产品进出口市场,在海峡两岸农产品贸易中保持持续顺差。本文利用斯皮尔曼等级相关系数比较分析我国大陆与台湾地区农产品出口结构调整能力状况及变化趋势,结果表明台湾地区农产品出口结构调整能力弱于我国大陆,我国大陆和台湾地区按照对方市场当年农产品总进口需求进行结构调整的能力要强于滞后一年的调整能力。S指数比率表明,在海峡两岸农产品贸易中,我国大陆农产品贸易绩效良好,农业调整成本总体低于台湾地区。海峡两岸应实施农产品产业内贸易与产业间贸易并重战略。

Chinese Mainland is an important import and export markets of agricultural products for Taiwan,and Chinese Mainland keeps a sustained agricultural trade surplus against Taiwan.By using the Spearman rank correlation coefficient,this paper comparatively analyses the situations and trends of structural adjustment capability of agricultural export of Chinese Mainland and Taiwan respectively.The results indicate that the structural adjustment capability of agricultural export of Taiwan is weaker than that of Chinese Mainland.The structural adjustment capability based on the overall import demand of the current year is stronger than that of the previous year for both Chinese Mainland and Taiwan.S indicator ratio shows that,in the agricultural trade between the two sides across the Taiwan Strait,Chinese Mainland enjoys good trade performance and the agricultural adjustment cost is lower than that of Taiwan.Chinese Mainland and Taiwan should implement the strategy of integrated intra-industry trade and inter-industry trade of agricultural products.
