以江苏省1997-2007年投入产出表为基础，运用投入产出法研究江苏省制造业与生产性服务业发展水平、结构特征及关联分析表明，江苏省生产性服务业和制造业的良性互动尚未完全形成，目前两者处于互动发展的初期阶段。这主要源于政府政策均衡性、产业结构不合理、过于分散的服务业资源无法形成有效集聚和服务业参与全球化程度较低。要实现江苏省产业结构的优化和区域产业合理配置，应进一步加大生产性服务业的投入，强化政府监管、清除贸易壁垒，激励企业创新发展模式，鼓励制造业升级，最终完善生产性服务业与制造业互动机制。

Based on 1997 -2007 I-O table dataset of Jiangsu Province, this paper employs the inputoutput approach to conduct a study on the development level and structure of producer services and the association analysis between producer services and manufacturing. We find that the positive interactive between producer services and manufacturing is not well formed in Jiangsu Province and the interactive development of them is still in early stage. The reasons for this are the equilibrium of government policy, and the inconsequence structure of the industries, too scattered resources and lower globalization degree of services, and so on. To realize the optimization of industries＇structure and reasonable configuration of regional industry, it should increase investment in producer services, strengthen government regulation, remove trade barriers, encourage enterprises to innovate on development model, and encourage manufacturing to upgrade, and ultimately improve the interaction mechanism between the producer services and manufacturing.
