《侵权责任法》的颁布在客观上引起了中国侵权法性质的改变。虽然造成这一结果的成因是十分复杂的，但最深层的根源应当是中国法律文化内部结构的不稳定状态。在探寻这种不稳定结构产生原因的过程中，发现侵权法内部所发生的变革是立法者要求中国法律文化结构回归稳定状态的文化自觉，而相应的立法措施则是相关制度本土化改革的具体表现。
《侵權責任法》的頒佈在客觀上引起瞭中國侵權法性質的改變。雖然造成這一結果的成因是十分複雜的，但最深層的根源應噹是中國法律文化內部結構的不穩定狀態。在探尋這種不穩定結構產生原因的過程中，髮現侵權法內部所髮生的變革是立法者要求中國法律文化結構迴歸穩定狀態的文化自覺，而相應的立法措施則是相關製度本土化改革的具體錶現。
《침권책임법》적반포재객관상인기료중국침권법성질적개변。수연조성저일결과적성인시십분복잡적，단최심층적근원응당시중국법률문화내부결구적불은정상태。재탐심저충불은정결구산생원인적과정중，발현침권법내부소발생적변혁시입법자요구중국법률문화결구회귀은정상태적문화자각，이상응적입법조시칙시상관제도본토화개혁적구체표현。
The system of tort law was changed as the reason of Tort Liability Law. Though the origin of this fact is very complicated, the most underlying reason is that the internal structure of legal culture in our country is unsta- ble. On the procession of exploring the causation for this unstable structure, such revolution of tort law is caused by the needs that this structure is return to a state of equilibrium, and the related legislative measures is the specific performance of the reform of localization.
