建国后我国高等学校"后发"模仿与超越理念的嬗变经历了四个基本阶段:第一阶段是1950-1957年"一边倒"模仿苏联阶段;第二阶段是1958-1965年,自主探索发展阶段;第三阶段是1978年后,以探索"后发"高校超越式发展为主题的高水平大学建设阶段,注重内外保障教育质量,拓展高校功能,促进高水平大学建设的技术模仿;第四阶段是价值理念的分化和整合阶段,以高水平大学建设为契合点整合了国家价值诉求与高校自身发展价值诉求,同时,高水平大学建设的理念也由个别的院校重点建设概念演绎为高等教育全面质量保障概念。以"后发"观念审视建国后我国高校发展史,实际是以国家、民族复兴的价值诉求为核心的高等学校"后发"模仿史,是高等学校实现国家和高校价值超越的高水平大学建设史。
建國後我國高等學校"後髮"模倣與超越理唸的嬗變經歷瞭四箇基本階段:第一階段是1950-1957年"一邊倒"模倣囌聯階段;第二階段是1958-1965年,自主探索髮展階段;第三階段是1978年後,以探索"後髮"高校超越式髮展為主題的高水平大學建設階段,註重內外保障教育質量,拓展高校功能,促進高水平大學建設的技術模倣;第四階段是價值理唸的分化和整閤階段,以高水平大學建設為契閤點整閤瞭國傢價值訴求與高校自身髮展價值訴求,同時,高水平大學建設的理唸也由箇彆的院校重點建設概唸縯繹為高等教育全麵質量保障概唸。以"後髮"觀唸審視建國後我國高校髮展史,實際是以國傢、民族複興的價值訴求為覈心的高等學校"後髮"模倣史,是高等學校實現國傢和高校價值超越的高水平大學建設史。

The "late-comer" colleges and universities to imitate and surpass the idea after the founding of the People′s Republic of China has gone through four basic stages of transmutation: the first stage of "one-sided" imitation of Soviet Union between 1950 and 1957;the second of self-exploration stage of development from 1958 to 1965;the third stage of the construction of the high-level universities with the mode of leap-forward development,which focuses on the quality of education,the expansion of university function and the imitation of technology for the construction of high-level universities;the fourth stage of differentiation and integration of the value concept,which integrates the national value proposition and that of the university development,with the change of concept from the construction of some key universities to the guarantee of overall education quality.The history of the universities after the founding of new China,to examine with the concept of "Late-comer",involves the history of imitation of the university "late comer"s′ based on the core value of national,ethnic revival,as well as the high level of construction history of transcendence of the value of the nation and universities.
