以探求法律效力来源问题在实证分析法学中的解答为目标,从哲学上的休谟难题开始阐发,试图通过对选取的几位分析法学家的理论分析,最终理解实证分析法学对于该问题的解答,并试图阐明：法律效力的来源应当是来自于法律体系的内部,即来自于法律自身。法律与道德不可分离的论断只会掩盖问题的实质,只有厘定法律的界限,才能有助于我们更加清晰地理解法律效力的来源,最终真正理解法律以及法律体系的内涵。
以探求法律效力來源問題在實證分析法學中的解答為目標,從哲學上的休謨難題開始闡髮,試圖通過對選取的幾位分析法學傢的理論分析,最終理解實證分析法學對于該問題的解答,併試圖闡明：法律效力的來源應噹是來自于法律體繫的內部,即來自于法律自身。法律與道德不可分離的論斷隻會掩蓋問題的實質,隻有釐定法律的界限,纔能有助于我們更加清晰地理解法律效力的來源,最終真正理解法律以及法律體繫的內涵。
이탐구법률효력래원문제재실증분석법학중적해답위목표,종철학상적휴모난제개시천발,시도통과대선취적궤위분석법학가적이론분석,최종리해실증분석법학대우해문제적해답,병시도천명：법률효력적래원응당시래자우법률체계적내부,즉래자우법률자신。법률여도덕불가분리적론단지회엄개문제적실질,지유전정법률적계한,재능유조우아문경가청석지리해법률효력적래원,최종진정리해법률이급법률체계적내함。
In this paper, we try to find out the reason of the effect of law in legal positivism. Starting from an exposition of a philosophical proposition ＂The puzzle of Hume＂ , then turning to theoretical analysis of several positivism jurists,we could summarize their theoretical significance and ultimately understand their understanding for the effect of law. By standing on the position of positivism, our attempt is to clarify ： the source of the effect of law should trace from the interior of legal system,that is, from the law itself. The argument of legal and moral has an inalienable connection which would only cover up the substance of the issue. 0nly to determine the boundaries of the law, can help us more clearly understand the source of the effect of law. It can really lead on us to understand the law ultimately, as well as the connotation of the legal system.
