通过运用现有的大规模问卷调查数据和经济计量方法对我国高校扩招后大学毕业生就业和工资调整现状进行检验，有助于客观描述大学生就业市场存在的问题。研究结果显示，影响大学生的关键问题并非就业数量不足，而是就业质量不高。因此，通过完善现有的高等教育管理制度，激励教育供给部门灵敏应对市场需求，鼓励和引导高校自主办学和特色办学，实现大学生劳动力的有效供给，努力提高就业质量，是解决问题的关键所在。

By using large-scaled questionnaire survey data available and employing econometric methodology, examination to the changes of the graduates employment and the wages after the expansion of higher education in China is able to help objectively depict the deep-rooted problems existing in graduates employment market. The result of examination has shown that the key problem of graduates employment market is not the lack of employment posts, but the low employment quality. Therefore, the key to solving the problem is to start with improving employment quality. Concrete measures include perfecting present higher education administrative institutions to inspire education supplying sectors to flexibly respond to market needs. Encouraging and leading higher education institutes to independently run and manage schools with their respective characters and effectively supply qualified graduate labors. Meanwhile, we should strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, accelerate the transformation of the pattern of economic development and the promotion of industries so as to increase the effective demand of the graduates labor.
