为了选择适合大众锻炼的跳绳评价指标,规范跳绳技术内容,建立跳绳大众锻炼等级标准。采用资料分析法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、教育测试法、录像分析法进行研究,得出结论:1)确定跳绳大众锻炼等级评价标准的测评内容为1 min单人绳跳及3 min10人长绳"8"字跳、基本动作类指标和难度动作类指标。2)确定跳绳大众锻炼标准等级评价体系,主要分为三段九级,建立逐级递进的等级评价标准模式:达标部分通过离差法确定各个等级的评价标准,技评部分通过完成基本动作和难度动作数量来确定各个等级评价标准。3)对数据来源的可靠性以及男女之间差异进行了分析,最终确定各个测评内容1-9级的分级标准。

This study aims to choose the suitable popular exercise evaluation criteria,regulating the rope skipping technique content and establishing the rope skipping mass exercise rating standard.The paper adopted the research methods of material analysis and expert interview,questionnaire survey,education testing method and video analysis research and come to following conclusions:1) The rope skipping mass exercise level evaluation standard of evaluation content was defined as one minute single rope jump and 10 people following "8" word jump in three minutes with basic action criterias and difficulty movement criterias.2) The rope skipping mass exercise standard rank evaluation system was defined.The system was mainly divided into three stages of nine grades with hierarchical standard modes: standard-reaching partly through a deviation method is used to determine the evaluation criteria of each level and technique evaluation part is to define the evaluation standard of each level though the number of the basic movement and difficult movement completed.3) The study makes an analysis on the reliability of the data source and differences between genders to finally define the grading standards from 1 to 9 in the evaluation.
