为了比较分析大蒜素与联合抗氧化剂对运动员大强度离心运动后不同时相肌肉酸痛程度、血T-AOC、SOD、MDA与GSH-Px水平的影响,将运动员24名,随机均衡分为对照组(A组)、联合抗氧化剂组(B组)和大蒜素组(C组),运动前2周至运动后2d每天分别口服安慰剂、联合抗氧化剂或大蒜素肠溶胶丸。服药2周后进行1次大强度离心跑台运动,建立运动员延迟性肌肉酸痛(DOMS)模型,在服药前、运动前和运动后即刻、24h、48h测定运动员肘正中静脉血T-AOC、SOD、MDA与GSH-Px水平及运动后相应时相肌肉酸痛程度,并记录运动时间。结果:3组运动员运动后肌肉酸痛程度均呈递增趋势,B、C组运动后各时相肌肉酸痛程度(P〈0.05)均低于A组同时相,运动时间(P〈0.05)均长于A组,血T-AOC(P〈0.05)、SOD、GSH-Px水平均高于A组,MDA浓度均低于A组;B、C组各项抗氧化指标的变化趋势并不一致。结论:大蒜素与联合抗氧化剂均可减小大强度离心运动引起的自由基损伤和细胞膜通透性改变,减轻DOMS;与联合抗氧化剂相比,大蒜素可能具有更好的抗氧化能力。
為瞭比較分析大蒜素與聯閤抗氧化劑對運動員大彊度離心運動後不同時相肌肉痠痛程度、血T-AOC、SOD、MDA與GSH-Px水平的影響,將運動員24名,隨機均衡分為對照組(A組)、聯閤抗氧化劑組(B組)和大蒜素組(C組),運動前2週至運動後2d每天分彆口服安慰劑、聯閤抗氧化劑或大蒜素腸溶膠汍。服藥2週後進行1次大彊度離心跑檯運動,建立運動員延遲性肌肉痠痛(DOMS)模型,在服藥前、運動前和運動後即刻、24h、48h測定運動員肘正中靜脈血T-AOC、SOD、MDA與GSH-Px水平及運動後相應時相肌肉痠痛程度,併記錄運動時間。結果:3組運動員運動後肌肉痠痛程度均呈遞增趨勢,B、C組運動後各時相肌肉痠痛程度(P〈0.05)均低于A組同時相,運動時間(P〈0.05)均長于A組,血T-AOC(P〈0.05)、SOD、GSH-Px水平均高于A組,MDA濃度均低于A組;B、C組各項抗氧化指標的變化趨勢併不一緻。結論:大蒜素與聯閤抗氧化劑均可減小大彊度離心運動引起的自由基損傷和細胞膜通透性改變,減輕DOMS;與聯閤抗氧化劑相比,大蒜素可能具有更好的抗氧化能力。
위료비교분석대산소여연합항양화제대운동원대강도리심운동후불동시상기육산통정도、혈T-AOC、SOD、MDA여GSH-Px수평적영향,장운동원24명,수궤균형분위대조조(A조)、연합항양화제조(B조)화대산소조(C조),운동전2주지운동후2d매천분별구복안위제、연합항양화제혹대산소장용효환。복약2주후진행1차대강도리심포태운동,건립운동원연지성기육산통(DOMS)모형,재복약전、운동전화운동후즉각、24h、48h측정운동원주정중정맥혈T-AOC、SOD、MDA여GSH-Px수평급운동후상응시상기육산통정도,병기록운동시간。결과:3조운동원운동후기육산통정도균정체증추세,B、C조운동후각시상기육산통정도(P〈0.05)균저우A조동시상,운동시간(P〈0.05)균장우A조,혈T-AOC(P〈0.05)、SOD、GSH-Px수평균고우A조,MDA농도균저우A조;B、C조각항항양화지표적변화추세병불일치。결론:대산소여연합항양화제균가감소대강도리심운동인기적자유기손상화세포막통투성개변,감경DOMS;여연합항양화제상비,대산소가능구유경호적항양화능력。
Objective: To study the effects of alliein, united anti-oxidant on ache degree in athlete muscle and serum T-AOC, SOD, MDA,GSH-Px level after intensive eccentric training. Method: 24 athletes were divided into three groups randomly,the contrastive group (group A), the united anti-oxidant group (group B) and the allicin group (group C) . From two weeks before the training till the second day after the end- ing , the three groups take balm, united anti-oxidant and Alltride Enteric-coated Soft Capsules everyday respectively. After two weeks of medicine, the athletes carry on an intensive eccentric training and set up the athletes~ DOMS model. It is advised to test their venous serum T-AOC, SOD, MDA, GSH-Px level and the degree of muscle soreness, before taking the medicine, before doing the training, instantly, 24 hours and 48 hours after the training. Result: All the three groups show a similarity of delayed onset mus- cle soreness. The muscle' ache degree are lower, exercise duration are longer, serum T-AOC, SOD, GSH- Px leveI are higher and serum MDA level are lower in both group B and group C than group A at the same time recorded. The changes of anti-oxidant indexes between group B and C are different. Conclusion: Both united anti-oxidant and allicin can reduce the DOMS which is caused by eccentric exercises. The capability of allicin is probably better than that of united anti-oxidant.
