学校教育质量管理活动的最关键环节是学校教学质量评价,只有通过质量评价才能促进学校教学质量的提高,从而持续保证学生全面、和谐的发展,这种评价不同于诸如高考之类的选拔性评价。因此,根据“教育服务观”和现代学校教师职业的本质特点,我国学校教学质量评价必须实现两个根本性的转变:一是在评价对象上的转变,即以学生为主要评价对象转变为以教师为主要评价对象;二是在评价方式上的转变,即侧重评价“结果”转变为侧重评价“过程”。
學校教育質量管理活動的最關鍵環節是學校教學質量評價,隻有通過質量評價纔能促進學校教學質量的提高,從而持續保證學生全麵、和諧的髮展,這種評價不同于諸如高攷之類的選拔性評價。因此,根據“教育服務觀”和現代學校教師職業的本質特點,我國學校教學質量評價必鬚實現兩箇根本性的轉變:一是在評價對象上的轉變,即以學生為主要評價對象轉變為以教師為主要評價對象;二是在評價方式上的轉變,即側重評價“結果”轉變為側重評價“過程”。

Quality evaluation of teaching and learning, which differs from that of selective evaluations, such as examination for admission to universities, is one of the most important work in school quality management and the ultimate purpose of it is, by means of quality evaluation of teaching and learning, to satisfy students requirements of their full, complete and harmonious development. Therefore, in the author's opinion, two fundamental changes should be implemented in quality evaluation of teaching and learning in our education on the basis of "ServiceOriented Educational Theory",i. e. to switch the studentsoriented evaluation to the educatororiented evaluations to switch the resultoriented evaluation to the processoriented evaluation.
