Information resource,serving as important strategic resource supporting technological advance and innovation,is playing a more and more important role. This paper discusses the background and necessity of carrying out the organization of information resource based on industrial group technology innovation and service thereof,analyses the current conditions of information resource organization and service in technology innovation activities, and puts forward related policy proposal
