笔者自编了中学校长职业幸福感量表,经过两轮的施测,分析表明,量表的信效度等指标达到心理计量学的要求。运用该量表进行调查发现,总体而言,当前我国中学校长的职业幸福感处于较高水平,并呈现性别、年龄、入职年限、学校类型、地区和生源质量的显著差异。
筆者自編瞭中學校長職業倖福感量錶,經過兩輪的施測,分析錶明,量錶的信效度等指標達到心理計量學的要求。運用該量錶進行調查髮現,總體而言,噹前我國中學校長的職業倖福感處于較高水平,併呈現性彆、年齡、入職年限、學校類型、地區和生源質量的顯著差異。

This paper develops a scale of the sense of occupational well-being for secondary school principals. Through a survey, the results show that this scale has good validity and high reliability, and meets psychological standards. Generally, current secondary school principals level of their sense of occupational well-being is high, and there are differences among principals owing to their gender, age, stage of being a principal, school, area and students quality.
