环境规制与国际贸易的关系是近年较有争议的话题，利用浙江省区域1990-2009年间的相关数据，通过SPSS软件的因子分析法进行测量及分析，结果表明该省环境规制程度的变动能引起进口贸易量较大的变化，同时进口贸易对环境规制的提升存在着正向影响。

The relationship between environmental regulation and international trade is a controversial topic in recent years. By using data in Zhejiang Province from 1990 to 2009 and employing factor analysis in SPSS, this paper measures and analyzes environmental regulation degree. Result shows that the change of environmental regulation degree will lead to a significant change of import trade volume,and the import trade has a positive effect on the promotion of environmental regulation degree simultaneously.
