分析了黄禹锡事件对中国学风建设的启示，探讨了中国学风问题处理不力的主要原因在于学术评价机制不完善、利益链条的阻挠、相关法律的缺失和惩处力度不足，提出应通过尽快介入调查并及时主动公开处理过程和结果、出台规范的法律条规、加大领导力度的方法遏制学术造假现象。
分析瞭黃禹錫事件對中國學風建設的啟示，探討瞭中國學風問題處理不力的主要原因在于學術評價機製不完善、利益鏈條的阻撓、相關法律的缺失和懲處力度不足，提齣應通過儘快介入調查併及時主動公開處理過程和結果、齣檯規範的法律條規、加大領導力度的方法遏製學術造假現象。

We analyze the enlightenment of handling of the event of Hwang Woosuk for the construction of study style in China. We deal with the fact that the weakening addressing of the study style issue in China stems mainly from the imperfect academic assessment mechanisms, obstruction of the interest chain, lack of related laws and insufficiency of the punishing strength, presenting that it is needed to deter the academic cheating phenomena by intervening into investigation as early as possible, making public in time the handling process and outcome in an active way.
