我国《反垄断法》第56条对农业生产者的联合行为进行了豁免，这虽为我国的反垄断豁免制度提供了法律依据，但却未能对农业生产者的内涵给予明确的界定。我国的立法与实践的界定路径因其自身的不足不能满足《反垄断法》豁免制度的需要，美国的立法及判例经验给了我们极大的启示，但我国的国情又需要我们结合自己国家的实际，去探讨我国《反垄断法》语境下的农业生产者的含义。
아국《반롱단법》제56조대농업생산자적연합행위진행료활면，저수위아국적반롱단활면제도제공료법률의거，단각미능대농업생산자적내함급여명학적계정。아국적입법여실천적계정로경인기자신적불족불능만족《반롱단법》활면제도적수요，미국적입법급판례경험급료아문겁대적계시，단아국적국정우수요아문결합자기국가적실제，거탐토아국《반롱단법》어경하적농업생산자적함의。
Clause 56 inAnti-monopoly Law offers protection to the agricultural producers, which becomes the legal basis for our exemption system of anti-monopoly, hut the connotation of agricultural producers is not clearly defined. The defining approaches adopted by China＇s legislation and practice, due to their own deficiencies, can＇t settle for the exemption system of anti--monopoly. American legislation and judicial precedent have inspired us a great deal, but in the investigation of the implication of agricultural producers in the context of Anti-znonopoly Law the national conditions should also be taken into account.
