北京市已经迈入服务经济时代,但随着全国服务业水平的普遍发展,北京市服务业是否能继续保持竞争优势是个值得研究的课题。选取2005-2010年北京市服务业的相关数据,采用引入时间维度的动态偏离-份额法,以全国服务业产值为参照系,剖析了北京市服务业各分行业的结构效应与竞争力效应随时间推移的动态变化趋势,发现北京市服务业内部结构有待优化和相对竞争优势正逐渐减弱等深层次问题,并提出推动北京市服务业进一步发展的若干政策建议。

Beijing has entered the ＂service economy＂ era,but with the general development of the national service sector,whether Beijing＇s service industry is always to maintain a competitive advantage,that’s a worthy subject of study.With the related dataof the service industry in Beijing between 2005 and 2010,this paper,using the service industry scale of nationwide as a reference,analyzed the dynamic development trends of each sub-sector’ s industrial mix effect and competitive effect of Beijing’ s service industry based on dynamic shift-share method that introduced time dimension.And the paper found out some deep-seated problem,such as the inner structure of Beijing’s service industry need to be optimized and the relative competitiveness advantage of Beijing’s service industry was weakening.Finally,the paper proposed some suggestions about how to develop the service industry further in Beijing.
