在网络信息时代,警察公共关系建设及其形象危机处置,面临着许多新情况、新问题、新挑战,需要引入新的理论和方法。引入协同论的原理和方法,解析警察协同公关的价值取向、体制机制、策略方法、传播媒介、系统功能,改进警察公共关系教育培训的内容,增强警察协同公关的意识,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。

In the network information age,the construction of police public relations and the disposal of its image crisis are confronted with lots of new situations,problems and challenges,which demands for the introduction of new theories and methods.It＇s of great theoretical and practical significance to introduce the principles and methods of synergetics which can be adopted to analyze the value orientation,system and mechanism,strategies and methods,propaganda media,systematic functions of police collaborative public relations,improve the training contents of the education of police public relations as well as enhance the consciousness of collaborative public relations of police.
