中小企业的融资问题是一个世界性问题。中小企业融资存在融资理论认识上的局限性和实践操作上的偏好差异，使中小企业融资的绩效下降。应加强融资理论的研究，完善融资理论体系，改变中小企业的融资观念，实行实物替代融资，扩大融资范围，拓宽融资方式渠道，改变中小企业融资难的困境。
中小企業的融資問題是一箇世界性問題。中小企業融資存在融資理論認識上的跼限性和實踐操作上的偏好差異，使中小企業融資的績效下降。應加彊融資理論的研究，完善融資理論體繫，改變中小企業的融資觀唸，實行實物替代融資，擴大融資範圍，拓寬融資方式渠道，改變中小企業融資難的睏境。

Financing of SMEs is a world-wide issue. This paper considers that the financing of SMEs has the theoretical limitations and errors of the practice on the operation, which leads to the performance of SMEs financing drops. We should strengthen the study on financing theory, and perfect the theoretical system of financing, change the ideas in the financing of SMEs, implement material object substitution financing, expand the scope of financing, broaden channels and methods of financing, change the plight on the difficulties of the SME financing.
