长期以来,国人忽略了古代西域（新疆）汉唐时期使用的几种语文——即吐火罗语与和田塞语。自从19世纪末20世纪初这些已死亡近千年的语文被发现以来,经过国内外学者几代人的努力,人们重新认识了古代西域曾经存在过的辉煌文化和文明。这是我国大国学中不可分割的一部分,应引起国内学者的注意和重视。
長期以來,國人忽略瞭古代西域（新疆）漢唐時期使用的幾種語文——即吐火囉語與和田塞語。自從19世紀末20世紀初這些已死亡近韆年的語文被髮現以來,經過國內外學者幾代人的努力,人們重新認識瞭古代西域曾經存在過的輝煌文化和文明。這是我國大國學中不可分割的一部分,應引起國內學者的註意和重視。
장기이래,국인홀략료고대서역（신강）한당시기사용적궤충어문——즉토화라어여화전새어。자종19세기말20세기초저사이사망근천년적어문피발현이래,경과국내외학자궤대인적노력,인문중신인식료고대서역증경존재과적휘황문화화문명。저시아국대국학중불가분할적일부분,응인기국내학자적주의화중시。
For a long time,languages,such as Tocharian and Khotanese,used in the western regions of China（Xinjiang） during Han and Tang Dynasties were ignored by researchers.It has not been realized until the turn of the 19th century into the 20th century that the traces of these already disappeared languages were discovered.Works of foreign and domestic scholars for several generations finally reveal the splendid culture and brilliant civilization that once existed in the western regions of China in ancient time.Domestic scholars should arouse the attention on the research of these languages since it is an integral part of our country＇s sinology.
