运用问卷调查法和数理统计法分析了四川省农村小学开展＂阳光体育运动＂的现状,结果显示：小学各年级每周体育课开课时数达标情况严重不足;小学＂挤占＂或＂挪用＂体育课的现象非常严重;课间操活动和＂1小时校园体育活动＂总体实施情况较差;《学生体质健康标准》实施情况总体趋势相对较好,但是整体执行效果较差。建议：加强体育场地器材设备建设;提高学校领导对学校体育的认识;加强制度建设,减轻学生的作业负担;加强师资队伍建设,提高体育教师业务能力;加大阳光体育宣传力度,促进课外体育活动开展;建立学校体育专项经费,拓宽经费投入渠道,增加经费投入。

Questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics analysis are adopted in the paper to analyze the present situaton of the ＂sunshine sports＂ program in elementary schools in the countryside of Sichuan,with the result showing that： the P.E.hours for each grade in such schools are seriously insufficient and far away from the standard;there exists a serious situation of ＂squeezing out＂ or ＂appropriating＂ P.E.classes;the implimentation of the setting-up exercises and ＂1-hour campus sports activities＂ is generally poor while the implementation of The Health Standard for Students is generally better,but the overall effect is still poor.The paper suggests that we should strengthen the construction of sports venues and equipment,improve the school authorities＇ awareness of school P.E.,strengthen the construction of system,reduce the students＇ burden of homework,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,improve P.E.teachers＇ professional ability,publicize the sunshine sports program in a more vigorous way,promote extracurricular sports activities,set aside the special fees for schools sports,broaden and increase the channels of fund investment.
