Low carbon agriculture is the important way realizing the sustainable development of agriculture and increasing the income of farmers and the high yield.There exists many questions of the support of the financial institutions to the development of low carbon agriculture,such as imperfection relevant policy,large cost,lower innovation ability,etc.So we shall provide loose policy environment to the financial support low carbon agricultural development,perfect the policy encouragement and compensation system,reduce the low carbon cost,improve the development speed of low carbon agriculture.
