高职职业文化是高等职业教育在产学结合、校企合作的基础上形成的适合高职院校内涵建设的区域文化，是企业文化和校园文化的相互磨合与融合的产物。“浙江海洋经济”和“浙江舟山群岛新区”纳入了国家区域发展总体战略，构建海洋经济特色的高职职业文化，推进高职教育和海洋经济的深度融合，能更好地培养海洋经济发展急需的高技能人才，也有利于提升涉海类高职院校的职业核心竞争力。

고직직업문화시고등직업교육재산학결합、교기합작적기출상형성적괄합고직원교내함건설적구역문화，시기업문화화교완문화적상호마합여융합적산물。“절강해양경제”화“절강주산군도신구”납입료국가구역발전총체전략，구건해양경제특색적고직직업문화，추진고직교육화해양경제적심도융합，능경호지배양해양경제발전급수적고기능인재，야유리우제승섭해류고직원교적직업핵심경쟁력。
Higher vocational culture is the regional culture developed on the basis of the college-industry alliance and cooperation proper for the connotation construction of vocational colleges, which is the product mixed and merged from the industry culture and the campus culture. With ＂Zhejiang Ocean Economy＂ and ＂The New District of Zhejiang Zhoushan Archipelago＂ having been taken account of as the national development strategy, it is highly demanding to develop higher vocational culture with a feature of ocean economy and push forward the combination of higher education and ocean economy, which will make for cultivating high-level skilled talents and upgrading the core competitiveness of maritime vocational colleges.
