资源枯竭型城市发展滞后已成为我国经济进步的制约因素之一。造成资源型城市衰弱的根本原因是城市本身在长期依赖资源的情况下导致的产业结构不合理。选取典型的资源枯竭型城市枣庄市为研究对象，运用定量和定性的分析方法，对其产业结构和主导产业做出科学评价，由此提出转型方案，为资源枯竭型城市的产业转型提供典型案例。

The stagnant development of resources-exhausted cities has become one of factors which are restric- ting our economic progress. Root causes of the resource-based cities＇ neurasthenia are that the city has relied on re- sources in quite a long time caused by the irrational industrial structure.＇ This research selects a typical resources- exhausted city--Zaozhuang City as an example, carries on the quantitative and qualitative analysis, make a scien- tific evaluation to industrial structure and leading industry, proposes transformation scheme to solve problems of in- dustry transformation in Zaozhuang City, and provides the typical case for other resources-exhausted cities＇ indus- trial transformation.
