对389名大学生施测社会支持量表、自尊量表、社会与感情孤独量表及主观幸福感量表,以探讨孤独和自尊在社会支持与主观幸福感的关系中的作用。结果表明:(1)主观幸福感与社会支持、自尊、孤独呈显著相关。(2)路径分析表明,自尊、孤独分别在社会支持与主观幸福感之间起显著的中介作用。社会支持-自尊-孤独-主观幸福感的显著路径表明,这些变量间存在更为复杂的关系。这些结果对于大学生心理健康教育具有重要的意义。

Subjective well-being has been an important area of research in positive psychology, which reflects individuals' affective and cognitive evaluations of their lives. Numerous studies provide evidence for the positive relationship between social support and subjective well-being. In addition to such direct associations, a series of studies have further identified mediators to explain the underlying mechanisms of the link between social support and subjective well-being. Previous studies have corroborated self-esteem and lone liness as a mediators between social support and subjective well-being. And the more complicated relationships among these variables deserve much more attention from the researchers. In addition, the majority of the studies on early adults were conducted in western cultures. Re- searchers have agreed that it is necessary to examine the generalizability of the findings to other cultures. The current study was designed to test the concurrent mediating effects of self-esteem and loneliness for the relationship between social support and subjective well-being, which have been examined separately in previous studies, and the more complex relationships among these variables in Chinese culture. A total of 389 college students ( 129 boys and 260 girls) from two Chinese universities completed a survey that included the social support rating scale, the emotional and social loneliness scale, the self-esteem scale and the subjective well-being scale. The data was analyzed with SPSS 16.0 and Lisrel 8.7. The results were as follows : ( 1 ) Pearson correlation revealed that significant positive correlation was found between social support, self-esteem and subjective well-being (p 〈. 01 ). A significant negative correlation was found between social support, self-esteem, subjective well-being and loneliness (p 〈. 01 ). (2) Structural equation modeling (SEM) showed full mediation effects of loneliness and self-esteem for the relationship between social support and subjective well-being. And a significant path from social support through self- esteem and loneliness to subjective well-being suggested self-esteem could partially mediate the relationship between social support and loneliness and loneliness could partially mediate the relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being. The findings provide external validity for the mediation effect of self-esteem and loneliness for the relationship between social sup- port and subjective well-being. In addition, the significant path from social support through self-esteem and loneliness to subjective well-being provides valuable evidence for more complicated relations among these four variables. The research findings will play a significant role in college students' psychological health education.
