目的探讨精神分裂症患者记忆损害状况。方法采用修正的加工分离记忆实验程序，分别测试精神分裂症患者和正常对照组的记忆能力。结果（1）精神分裂症患者外显记忆功能存在广泛的缺陷，而内隐记忆功能缺陷只在概念驱动下的测验中出现。（2）以阳性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的外显记忆成绩均高于以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者。（3）阴性症状严重程度与外显记忆成绩呈显著负相关。结论精神分裂症患者的内隐记忆功能相对完整，而外显记忆障碍在以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者尤为突出。
목적탐토정신분렬증환자기억손해상황。방법채용수정적가공분리기억실험정서，분별측시정신분렬증환자화정상대조조적기억능력。결과（1）정신분렬증환자외현기억공능존재엄범적결함，이내은기억공능결함지재개념구동하적측험중출현。（2）이양성증상위주적정신분렬증환자적외현기억성적균고우이음성증상위주적정신분렬증환자。（3）음성증상엄중정도여외현기억성적정현저부상관。결론정신분렬증환자적내은기억공능상대완정，이외현기억장애재이음성증상위주적정신분렬증환자우위돌출。
To explore memory impairment in schizophrenics , fifty-nine patients with schizophrenia and forty normal controls were tested in four experiments separately with the method of revised process dissociation procedure, we found （ 1 ） Explicit memory impairment existed widely in schizophrenics, but implicit memory impairment only occurred in the concept driven experiment. （2）The explicit memory results in patients with positive symptoms were higher than those with negative symptoms, but in implicit memory, the results did not differ remarkably. （3） There were no distinct correlations between positive symptoms and explicit memory results in the four experiments. There existed significant inverse correlations between negative symptoms and explicit memory results in the four experiments. There were no distinct correlations between positive, negative symptoms and implicit memory in the four experiments. Our conclusion： The function of implicit memory in schizophrenies was relatively complete, but explicit memory impairment was prominent, especially in patients with negative symptoms.
