法学是一门实践性很强的社会学科，只有做到理论与实践有机结合，法学发展才能保持旺盛的生命力。法学实践基地的建设与完善，是法学实践教学依托的重要阵地。当前，法学实践基地的运行机制并不顺畅，形式化较为严重，严重制约着法学实践基地功能的发挥。只有建构双赢模式的实践基地，完善法学实践运行机制，才能切实实现法学在理论与实践之间的相互转换。
法學是一門實踐性很彊的社會學科，隻有做到理論與實踐有機結閤，法學髮展纔能保持旺盛的生命力。法學實踐基地的建設與完善，是法學實踐教學依託的重要陣地。噹前，法學實踐基地的運行機製併不順暢，形式化較為嚴重，嚴重製約著法學實踐基地功能的髮揮。隻有建構雙贏模式的實踐基地，完善法學實踐運行機製，纔能切實實現法學在理論與實踐之間的相互轉換。
법학시일문실천성흔강적사회학과，지유주도이론여실천유궤결합，법학발전재능보지왕성적생명력。법학실천기지적건설여완선，시법학실천교학의탁적중요진지。당전，법학실천기지적운행궤제병불순창，형식화교위엄중，엄중제약착법학실천기지공능적발휘。지유건구쌍영모식적실천기지，완선법학실천운행궤제，재능절실실현법학재이론여실천지간적상호전환。
The science of law is a very practical social science; the development of law can maintain vitality only to do the combination of theory and practice. The construction and the improvement of the law practice-base is an important base for legal practice teaching. Currently, the mechanism of the law practice base doesn＇t run smoothly, the formalism is serious, which restricts the functioning of law practice base. In view of this, only in the way of effectively building win-win model base, can we improve the operational mechanism of law practice, and achieve the science of law＂ staring back and forth between theory and practice. ＂
