选取备战2010年冬奥会周期国家速滑队外教组为期3周的高原训练,通过观察与分析高原训练前后训练周期的安排与运动员的机能状态,探讨高原训练手段在速滑运动员陆冰能力转换方面的作用。研究结果表明:1)在高原训练阶段的训练内容中,有氧训练和陆上的专项训练占了最大比例;2)3周高原训练前后相比,运动员的血红蛋白水平出现明显增高,但高原训练结束后两周,则普遍出现下降;高原训练结束后两周,运动员睾酮水平与高原训练前相比明显降低。该现象提示:高原训练前及高原训练阶段的训练质量影响下山后的体能状态;训练内容转换时,相关的体能储备非常重要。

The study select the foreign coach team of the national skating team in the preparation for 2010 winter Olympics to take three weeks altitude training.Through observing and analyzing the training cycle before and after altitude training and the function state of the skaters,the paper discussed the role of altitude training in exchanging land-ice capacity.Results: 1) during altitude training period,aerobic training and special training for skating are the main parts of the whole training scheme;2) Before altitude training,hemoglobin(Hb) was significantly increased after altitude training,but decreased after 2 weeks post altitude period.And serum testosterone(T) decreased significantly after 2 weeks post altitude period.It showed that 3 weeks altitude training produced an effect on the phenomena indicated that the training quality before and during altitude training affected the physical state after the altitude training.Physical capacity reserve was very important when the training content had been changed.
