目的:观察运动性疲劳对SD大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)与糖元含量的影响,探讨中药复方健体I号对运动性疲劳的预防作用。方法:30只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、实验组。模型组及实验组大鼠进行3周每天4 h的游泳训练,实验组游泳前30 min予16.8 g/kg/d剂量健体I号水煎液,模型组予同等量的生理盐水,正常组不作任何处理。于3周后取样测定血清肌酸激酶、血糖、肝糖原、肌糖原及取肝肾组织作病理切片检查。观察运动性疲劳大鼠血清CK、肌糖元、肝糖元的变化及中药复方健体I号水煎液对上述指标的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组的血清肌酸激酶含量明显偏高(P〈0.05),糖元含量(P〈0.01)偏低,实验组能明显降低血清肌酸激酶含量(P〈0.01),提高糖元含量(P〈0.01),肝组织细胞水样变性明显减轻。结论:健体I号具有抗运动性疲劳,提高运动能力的作用。

목적:관찰운동성피로대SD대서혈청기산격매(CK)여당원함량적영향,탐토중약복방건체I호대운동성피로적예방작용。방법:30지SD대서수궤분위정상조、모형조、실험조。모형조급실험조대서진행3주매천4 h적유영훈련,실험조유영전30 min여16.8 g/kg/d제량건체I호수전액,모형조여동등량적생리염수,정상조불작임하처리。우3주후취양측정혈청기산격매、혈당、간당원、기당원급취간신조직작병리절편검사。관찰운동성피로대서혈청CK、기당원、간당원적변화급중약복방건체I호수전액대상술지표적영향。결과:여정상조비교,모형조적혈청기산격매함량명현편고(P〈0.05),당원함량(P〈0.01)편저,실험조능명현강저혈청기산격매함량(P〈0.01),제고당원함량(P〈0.01),간조직세포수양변성명현감경。결론:건체I호구유항운동성피로,제고운동능력적작용。
Objective: to observe the effect of exercise-induced fatigue on the content of serum CK and glycogen in SD rats,and explore the prevention of exercise-induced fatigue by the "Jianti-No.1".Method: dividing 30 SD rats into normal,control and experimental groups at random.rats in experimental group and control group had 4-hour swimming every day for 3 weeks,and rats in normal group lived naturally.30 minutes before the swimming,rats in experimental group were given Jianti-No.1 decoction 16.8 grams per kilogram everyday and the same amount of saline to the control group.At the end of the three weeks,serum CK,blood sugar and glycogen content in rats was measured,the liver and kidney biopsy were made to compare the differences result of each group.Result: Comparation with normal group rats,CK content of rats in experimental group decreased significantly(P0.05) and glycogen content improved(P0.01),while in control group,CK was on the high side(P0.01) and glycogen low(P0.01) obviously.The hydropic degeneration of liver tissue of rats in the experimental group was visibly reduced than the control group.Conclusion: Jianti-No.1 can reduce the serum levels of CK,improve the content of glycogen,and inhibit hydropic degeneration of liver tissue cells.It also can prevent the exercise-induced fatigue and has the exact effect at improving athletic ability.
