为了全面了解高校排球教师的职业态度特点及其影响因素体系,为其树立正确的职业态度提供依据,在查阅文献的基础上,对专家进行访谈,并发放问卷调查,对调查的数据进行统计学分析与处理。统计结果发现：不同性别、年龄、学历和职称的高校排球教师的职业态度表现出不同的特点,工作环境和条件因子、个人能力和动力因子、思想素质因子、情感支持和激励因子构成了一个多维结构的影响因素。

In order to study the occupational attitude and influencing factors of the college volleyball teachers,to encourage teachers to adopt a correct attitude,the paper made a data analysis statistically based on the method of literature review,expert interview and questionnaires.The conclusion shows that different sex,age,academic background and job title of the college volleyball teachers have different features.Their work environment and condition,personal capacity and motivation,ideology quality,emotional support and incentive have contributed to a multi-functional affecting indicator system.
