The study of legal positivism by now can not get rid of or beyond the restriction of its ＂label＂.In this way,the research can never be able to break through.By analyzing the pure theory of law,we could reveal the inevitable political factors,and enlighten later researchers：it could be another approach to study legal positivism,and it will show a way to much more realms of research,not just be limited to the＂label＂ of legal positivism.
