Informal Employment; Informal Heterogeneity; Income Inequality Decomposition
本文使用2010年中国城市劳动力抽样调查数据,考虑非正规就业内部异质性分解了不同就业类型的工资差距来源。结果表明:在控制了就业的选择偏误和个人特征后,虽然不能解释正规就业者与非正规受雇者工资差异来源的全部,但两类就业群体工资差异的大部分被个人可观测特征所解释。其中,特征效应占79.3%,分割效应解释了20.7%的工资差异来源;正规就业者和自我经营者的收入差异则完全可以由两类就业群体之间的特征差异来解释。这在一定程度上反映出劳动力市场是竞争且具有一定效率的,政策调节的重点应根据劳动者的可观测特征,实施市场为导向的措施来减少劳动力市场上的工资性收入差显巨。

This paper, using latest China urban labor survey (CULS3), examines those sources of wage gap in different employment type based on income inequality decomposition of informal heterogeneity. Research results show, after control error of employment selection and individual characteristics, though it is not explained all resources of wage difference between formal employment and informal employment, majorportion wage gap of formal employment and informal employment is explained by individual characteristics which is individual characteristic effects account 79.3%, and segmental effects account 20. 7%. While income difference between formal employment and self- employed is totally explained by individual characteristic effects. It shows that employment selection is competitive and effective in China urban market.Therefore, the emphasis of adopted policy is to implement strategies of oriented market to decrease income inequality on China labor market in term of observable individual characteristics.
