政工干部队伍是为学生服务的生力军，是学校学生工作建设的窗1：7，是维护校园稳定，建立师生沟通渠道的前沿阵地。辅导员作为教师队伍中的一员，承担着对学生进行思想政治教育，提供管理咨询服务的重要责任。因此，增强辅导员的服务意识、管理能力，提高辅导员的师德和职业素养能力，有助于学校教育教学活动的正常开展。

In colleges and universities, counselors are supposed to be responsible for the ideological and political education for students and providing management and consulting services. However, clue to the influence of some factors including social environment, counselors are currently found to be in lack of professional ethics in many cases, which is harmful to the healthy growth of colleges students. Therefore, to improve their service awareneness and management capacity, and to promote their professional ethics and fibres are helpful to the development of education and teaching activities in colleges and universities.
