通过对中韩物流技术概念、发展特点、合作竞争的比较分析,综合应用国家竞争力理论与现代物流理论,筛选出了物流需求规模、物流供给能力、物流基础设施、物流信息技术、物流人才与物流发展宏观环境等6个指标,建立了国家物流技术竞争力评价体系,应用因子分析法对中韩国家物流技术竞争力进行研究,提出了中韩物流技术竞争与合作的发展对策,以期准确的把握中国与韩国的物流技术竞争关系,进而为提升中国物流技术水平及其竞争力奠定基础。

This paper first makes a comparative analysis of the concept of logistics technology between China and South Korea,with focuses on their characteristics of logistical development,and competition and cooperation of the two countries.By application of theories of national competitiveness and modern logistics,we list out six indexes to manifest our findings： scale of the logistics requirement,supply capacity of logistics,logistical information technologies,talents and macro-environment of logistics,so as to establish an evaluation system of national logistical competitiveness.And then we study the two countries＇ competitiveness of national logistics by factor analysis,and,we propose some development strategies in terms of competition and cooperation in logistics technologies between China and South Korea to have an accurate understanding of competitive relationship of two countries,which,in turn,lays a fundamental base for the upgrading of China＇s level of competitiveness in logistics technology.
