高职会展教育在人才培养模式、课程体系建设、师资及教材建设等方面仍存在诸多问题,直接导致了会展人才与市场需求不相匹配。通过分析安徽省高职会展人才培养的这几方面问题,立足高职会展教育长远发展,从市场需求出发,提出安徽省高职会展教育人才培养的应对策略。
高職會展教育在人纔培養模式、課程體繫建設、師資及教材建設等方麵仍存在諸多問題,直接導緻瞭會展人纔與市場需求不相匹配。通過分析安徽省高職會展人纔培養的這幾方麵問題,立足高職會展教育長遠髮展,從市場需求齣髮,提齣安徽省高職會展教育人纔培養的應對策略。
고직회전교육재인재배양모식、과정체계건설、사자급교재건설등방면잉존재제다문제,직접도치료회전인재여시장수구불상필배。통과분석안휘성고직회전인재배양적저궤방면문제,립족고직회전교육장원발전,종시장수구출발,제출안휘성고직회전교육인재배양적응대책략。
There are many problems in the training of exhibition professionals in higher vocational institute in the aspects of the training mode,system construction of courses,teachers and teaching materials.So it directly causes that the exhibition professionals can not meet the market demand.After analyzing these problems,the article has pointed out that the training should ensure the long-term development of education and start from the market needs,then it has proposed the respective strategy for the training of exhibition professionals in higher vocational institute in Anhui.
